Recent transactions:

Over the last five years we have focused most of our attention on building single family high end luxury homes in Boca Raton, Florida, USA.

We build on one Community which is a “Platinum” rated Golf Community and the homes we are building tend to be 6,500 sq – 7,500 sq ft and five to six bedrooms.

We have just finished our fifth home which was sold off plan as indeed has our sixth home which is due to be completed in July 2022.

We anticipate starting work on the seventh house in July 2022 for completion July 2023.
