Hampstead High Street, London NW3:

This property was purchased in 2014 with a Lease to Nat West coming to an end and with upper parts occupied as offices.

A new lease was negotiated with Nat West and the upper parts were surrendered by the office occupiers.  The upper parts did have the benefit of a Change of Use from B1 to residential but this was all and a new planning application was submitted to re-organise the upper parts to have a viable residential scheme and to also remove the very ugly 1970’s external staircase which ran the full height of the building.

Planning Consent was granted at the end of 2014 and work began to convert the upper parts in January 2015, to create 5 new apartments (one per floor) with stunning skyline views across London.

The works were completed at the end of 2015.
