The Bald Hind – Hainult Road, Chigwell Essex:

Together with joint venture partners, The Bald Hind Public House was purchased on February 2010 with a view to obtaining Planning Consent to build a residential development on the site.

Planning Consent was achieved in October 2011 for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of fourteen two and three bedroom apartments.

The property was sold shortly after to Western Homes who have now built out the scheme.
