Harte and Garter, High Street – Windsor:

The Harte & Garter Hotel was purchased in a joint venture vehicle with Galliard Homes and Mapleleaf Group in the summer of 2006.

The property was bought vacant and leases were subsequently agreed with Wagamama and Folio Hotels Limited.

A complete refurbishment of the hotel was undertaken at a final cost of
£8 million.

The investment of the property was pre-sold to The Crown Estate at the beginning of the summer 2007 for £26 million.

The total rental income was £1.445 million pax.
