In line with our current strategy to selectively make acquisitions, this was a purchase we made on an unconditional basis, with a view to submitting a planning application to convert the property to residential use. Accordingly a Planning Application was submitted and subsequently obtained, to retain the façade and demolish the reminder of the property to create a single house, measuring just under 9,000 sq ft net.
